1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Svortie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Svortie is a platform that lets you create and run AI agent workflows. You describe tasks in plain English, and Svortie orchestrates AI agents to execute them in isolated sandbox environments. The Service includes the web application, API, CLI tool, and all related infrastructure.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Generate spam, phishing content, malware, or any harmful material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service.

5. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payment

Svortie uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed as agents and workflows run. Payments are processed by our third-party billing provider, Polar.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases of a fixed number of credits. Credits purchased via packs do not expire and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans include a monthly credit allotment and renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You authorize recurring charges at the rate in effect when you subscribe. Unused subscription credits roll over to subsequent billing periods for the duration of your subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access and remaining credits until then. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice; the new price takes effect at your next renewal. We reserve the right to change credit pack pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Svortie a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service. Svortie and its logo, features, and functionality are owned by Svortie and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svortie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Svortie in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI agent outputs will be accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
