Svortie ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using Svortie, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Data We Collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via GitHub OAuth, we receive your GitHub username, email, and profile information as authorized by GitHub.

Usage data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including workflow definitions, agent configurations, run logs, and credit usage.

Workflow content

When you run workflows, the inputs you provide and the outputs generated by agents are processed and temporarily stored to deliver results. This may include files you upload and data your agents access.

Payment and billing data

If you purchase credits or subscribe to a plan, our payment processor Polar collects and processes your payment information (card details, billing address). We receive transaction confirmations, subscription status, and credit balances but do not store your full payment credentials.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process your workflows and deliver agent outputs.
• To manage your account and credit balance.
• To communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, and support.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

4. Third-Party Services

Svortie relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic API — Powers the AI agents that execute your workflows. Workflow inputs and instructions are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Daytona Sandboxes — Provides the isolated execution environments where agents run. Workflow data is processed within these sandboxes. See Daytona's Privacy Policy.
• GitHub OAuth — Used for authentication. We only access the profile information you authorize. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.
• Polar — Processes payments, credit purchases, and subscription billing. Polar handles your payment credentials and billing information. See Polar's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Workflow run data (inputs, outputs, logs) is retained for 30 days after a run completes, then automatically deleted. Sandbox environments are ephemeral and destroyed after each run. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), isolated sandbox execution, and secure credential storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
